We produced a comprehensive, full-production wellness event for 150 IHG employees, designed to promote health, engagement, and education in a high-energy setting. The event featured a curated selection of interactive vendor demonstrations, healthy catering samples, and wellness-focused production elements that turned a standard office day into an immersive experience.
By managing the complex logistics of bringing multiple health vendors together and providing all necessary event equipment, we created a "wellness fair" that felt professional and impactful. Our team ensured that the flow of the event encouraged movement and interaction, providing employees with tangible health benefits and memorable moments. This event highlighted our ability to produce smaller, focused corporate activations with the same level of detail and production value as our largest festivals.
